Unisantis Electronics Japan is a Japanese company which forms part of a large, reputed international group of companies, actively pursuing and supporting Research & Development of Breakthrough Technologies and translating these into commercial reality. The company is now engaged in the research of the new semiconductor, which has 3 dimension structure, so-called Surrounding Gate Transistor (hereinafter referred to as the “SGT”).

Technical Research and Development, Commercialization, Development of Business Activities, relating to SGT (Surrounding Gate Transistor).The basic design of SGT will be decided by using device simulation. Subsequently, process technologies are to be established for manufacturing, circuitry and data pooling of the SGT. Applications for Patents and other intellectual property rights will be sought on a case-by-case basis. Though SGT is a novel concept, we believe that the several current manufacturing technologies of MOSFET can be utilized and applied on SGT.

The required career of the researchers we would like to have is as follows .

1. We are looking for
     “the candidates who understand basic semiconductor physics such as the structure
     and operation mechanism of semiconductor devices”

2. Researchers should have one or more experiences in the research and development of MOS transistor such as:
     a. Research and development of MOS transistor device
     b. Computer simulation of MOS transistor device
     c. Computer simulation of integrated circuit devices
     d. Process designing of MOS transistor
     e. Computer simulation of the process design of MOS transistor
     f. Computer simulation of the process of integrated circuit devices
     g. Computer simulation of the circuit of integrated circuit
     h. Research and development of memory device

3. Ph.D and MS researcher who major the above fields are also welcomed.

09:30 to 18:30 (Company may employ flex-time work hour system for 8 hours per day)

Candidates meeting the recruitment criteria are assured of a compensation package that is comparable or better than the industry standard. Annual compensation will be from JPY 7,500,000 to JPY 15,000,000, depending on the experience and abilities of the candidate. For example, the annual compensation for an employee with 8 years experience and 30 years old, could be JPY 10,000,000.
A reasonable transport allowance will be paid by the company.

Premiums for Social and medical insurance and examination (incl. spouse) are paid by the company.

5 day work week (Saturday and Sunday are holidays). National holidays and Paid vacation days will be in accordance with local practice.
